I believe it’s possible to live without being in constant, low level pain.
That old injuries mend with conscious care and straightforward adjustments.
I’ve seen this, taught it, and live it every day.
I’m Sara Vasiliou and I fuel hope with active self-determination.
{Self Determination: The process by which a person controls their own life}
After three years and over 1600 hours, I qualified as a nationally certified teacher of the Alexander Technique and have worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds to dive into the habits, both conscious and unconscious, that keep us from feeling our best.
Through highly customized private lessons, my students experience new ways of moving and get practical, actionable advice on how to apply these discoveries to day-to-day life.
I’m passionate about teaching others to apply the Alexander Technique’s powerful self-care methodology because it was a critical component in my own recovery story.
